Sell It – Unified User Policy

1. Nature of the Platform
Sell It ("the App") is a digital networking platform designed to connect small & medium businesses, wholesalers, retailers, customers, and business development professionals (Chartered Accountants, Lawyers, GST Practitioners, Digital Marketing Teams, etc.). The App does not directly sell, purchase, exchange, or deliver goods or services. It only facilitates discovery and connection between users.
2. User Responsibility
All interactions, transactions, and agreements between users are conducted directly between those parties. The App and its operators are not parties to such transactions. Users are solely responsible for verifying authenticity, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with Indian laws.
3. Professionals on the Platform
Professionals (CA, Lawyer, GST Practitioner, Digital Marketing Consultant, etc.) registering on the App declare they are qualified, licensed, or registered under applicable Indian law. They provide services independently to clients. The App does not verify or guarantee their qualifications or performance.
4. Registration & Accuracy of Information
Users must provide true, complete, and accurate information at registration. If false, misleading, or incomplete details are found, the App reserves the right to reject or cancel such registration. No registration or subscription fee will be refunded. If a user has activated auto-payment, it is the user's sole responsibility to cancel. Sell It shall not be responsible for refund or cancellation failures due to negligence, bank/payment gateway issues, or wrong details.
5. Liability Disclaimer
The App, its promoters, and developers are not liable for disputes, fraud, misrepresentation, or deficiency in goods/services between users, or financial/reputational losses arising from dealings.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
The App collects only minimum personal information necessary for registration and connectivity. Data will be processed in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The App will not sell or share personal data except as required by law or for platform operation. Users consent to lawful storage and processing of their data. Reasonable security practices are implemented, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
7. Legal Compliance
Users must comply with Indian Contract Act, Consumer Protection Act, GST Act, Companies Act, and other applicable laws. Violation may lead to suspension or termination of account.
8. No Guarantee or Endorsement
The App does not endorse, guarantee, or assure the legality, safety, or quality of goods/services offered, nor the authenticity or performance of professionals. It is strictly a facilitator of digital connections.
9. Refund & Subscription Policy
All fees (registration, subscription, or service charges) are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by the App. Auto-renewals or subscription payments are the user's responsibility to monitor and cancel. The App has no obligation to process refunds for wrong/fake registration details, failure to cancel auto-payments, or dissatisfaction with third-party services.
10. Dispute Resolution
All disputes between users must be resolved directly between them. The App has no obligation to mediate or arbitrate. Any dispute with the App itself shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kerala, India.
11. Acceptance of Policy
By registering or using the App, the user confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy, accept full responsibility for interactions, consent to data processing as per Indian law, and agree all payments are non-refundable, with auto-payment cancellations being their own responsibility.
