SellIt is a digital platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not sell physical products directly through the application. All sales transactions between sellers and buyers are conducted outside of our platform and are not connected to our app.

1. Nature of Our Service

SellIt operates as a Business-to-Business (B2B) marketplace and business intelligence platform. We provide a digital space where businesses can:

  • Connect with potential buyers and sellers
  • Access business intelligence tools and insights
  • Utilize subscription-based premium features
  • Browse and discover business opportunities

2. No Physical Product Sales

SellIt does not sell, ship, or handle any physical products. We are strictly a digital platform that facilitates connections between businesses. Any physical goods or services exchanged between platform users are:

  • Negotiated directly between the parties involved
  • Shipped and handled by the seller directly
  • Subject to the seller's own shipping and return policies
  • Not covered under SellIt's terms and conditions regarding shipping

3. Platform Transactions

The only transactions processed through our platform are:

  • Subscription Services: Premium access to enhanced features and tools
  • Digital Services: Business intelligence reports, analytics, and insights
  • Platform Features: Enhanced visibility, priority listings, and advanced search capabilities

4. Subscription Service Policy

4.1 Digital Nature

All subscription services provided by SellIt are digital in nature and include:

  • Instant access upon successful payment
  • No physical delivery required
  • Immediate activation of premium features

4.2 No Refunds Policy

All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable.

Due to the instant digital nature of our services and the immediate access provided to premium features, we do not offer refunds for subscription purchases.

5. Third-Party Transactions

For any business transactions conducted between platform users:

  • SellIt is not responsible for shipping, delivery, or fulfillment
  • All shipping costs, methods, and timelines are determined by the seller
  • Any disputes regarding shipping, delivery, or product quality must be resolved directly between buyer and seller
  • SellIt does not mediate or resolve shipping-related disputes

6. Exchanges and Returns

6.1 Platform Services

Since our subscription services are digital and activated immediately:

  • No exchanges are possible for subscription plans
  • No returns are accepted for digital services
  • Account upgrades are processed as new subscriptions

6.2 Third-Party Products

For products purchased through connections made on our platform:

  • All return and exchange policies are set by individual sellers
  • SellIt has no involvement in return or exchange processes
  • Buyers must contact sellers directly for any return requests

7. Payment Processing

All payments for SellIt subscription services are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Payments are processed immediately upon confirmation
  • Services are activated instantly
  • All transactions are final and non-refundable
  • Subscription renewals are processed automatically if auto-pay is enabled
