1. Eligibility for Refunds
1.1 Service Subscriptions
Refunds for subscription services are available within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal, provided that:
- The service has not been substantially used
- No more than 10% of the subscription period has elapsed
- The request is made in writing to our support team
- The account is in good standing with no outstanding violations
1.2 Premium Features
Premium features and add-ons purchased separately from subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if they have not been utilized or if they do not function as described.
1.3 Business Verification Services
Business verification and premium listing services are eligible for refund within 7 days if the verification process fails or if the service does not meet the advertised standards.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are not eligible for refunds:
- Services that have been fully utilized or consumed
- Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
- Third-party services or integrations
- Custom development or consulting services
- Services cancelled after the eligible refund period
- Accounts suspended for suspicious activity, fraudulent behavior, or providing false information
- Accounts suspended for violation of our Terms of Service
- Refunds requested due to account termination for any policy violations
3. Refund Process
3.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your account email, order number, and reason for the refund request
- Provide any relevant documentation or evidence
- Allow 2-3 business days for our team to review your request
3.2 Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days
- Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days
- Other Payment Methods: 5-15 business days depending on the provider
3.3 Refund Amount
Refunds will be issued for the full amount paid, minus any applicable processing fees or charges incurred by SellIt. Partial refunds may be issued for services that have been partially used.
4. Special Circumstances
4.1 Billing Errors
If you are charged incorrectly or billed for services you did not authorize, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and issue refunds for any billing errors.
4.2 Account Suspension and Termination
No refunds will be provided in the following circumstances:
- Account suspension due to suspicious activity or fraudulent behavior
- Account suspension for providing false or misleading information
- Account termination for violation of our Terms of Service
- Account suspension for engaging in prohibited activities
- Any refund requests made after account suspension or termination
If your account is suspended or terminated for any of the above reasons, you will not be eligible for any refunds, including for any remaining subscription period or unused services.
5. Refund Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the new policy.
